A graduate of the former Isle Madame District High School (IMDH) in Cape Breton, I subsequently attended Université de Moncton to pursue my studies and career in education. I have been very actively engaged in community initiatives since my youth, including ecological efforts, volunteerism in the areas of literacy and community/cultural development, and health and well-being. I had resided in Nova Scotia for my entire life (with the exception of my university years) prior to relocating to Prince Edward Island in the autumn of 2021. I am very pleased to be here and am eager to connect with you to ascertain how I may be of service.

In my career, I have been fortunate to have worked in several positions, including being the first in a number of them: the first provincial adult education coordinator at Collège de l'Acadie, the first community-based education consultant at Conseil scolaire acadien provincial (CSAP), the first HR Coordinator at CSAP, and the first Coordinator of Education Services at the Commission scolaire de langue française (CSLF) in Prince Edward Island.
I am also proud, moreso for my parents given the commitments they made to contribute to my success, of my sporting accomplisments, especially in baseball.
I am grateful for having been able to be part of the 2006 Petit-de-Grat Red Caps Baseball Club, Canadian Oldtimers Baseball 35+ National Champions. I am grateful for having been able to be part of the 2006 Petit-de-Grat Red Caps Baseball Club, Canadian Oldtimers Baseball 35+ National Champions. As I fondly look back on those times and see the faces, it is sobering to note that several are unfortunately with us, having since passed away. This makes me appreciate the time I had with them, but more importantly, it makes me reflect on the importance of living in the 'now' and doing what I can to help others.
I am also proud of the individual awards and accolades I garnered over the years, all the while always being cognizant that these are always the result of being part of a team where everyone contributes to one another's success. Must as in sport, I am here to help you succeed in your projects.
